When choosing materials, you can consider the following aspects:
01- Rigidity of material
Rigidity is the first criterion that should be considered when selecting materials in the machining industry.
Reason: the product needs a certain stability and wear resistance in the actual production, and the rigidity of the material determines the feasibility of product development and design;
According to the characteristics of the industry, non-standard tooling design will generally choose high-quality 45 steel and aluminum alloy; Tooling design for machining, 45 Steel and Alloy Steel; Automation industry tooling design, usually choose aluminum alloy;

For example, although stainless steel is anti-rust and anti-corrosion, stainless steel has high hardness and is easy to wear props during processing; Materials that are not easy to process; Plastic hardness is low, but it is easy to soften and deform during heating, and it also needs to be selected according to actual needs;
04- Anti-rust treatment of materials

05- Cost of materials
