Skived Fin Heat Sink

Skived fin heat sink: through mechanical action, the strip plate cuts the material out at a certain Angle and is relatively straight, and the repeated cutting forms a consistent gap structure, which is used to solve the heat dissipation of high-power devices under the condition of air-cooled heat dissipation, and the heat dissipation efficiency can be improved by 8~15% compared with the chip radiator.
