Stacked Fin Heat Sink

Traditionally, high-power heat sinks have been produced using a gear shaper to tightly match riveted teeth. However, this method can pose potential heat dissipation risks, such as matching gaps and tooth loosening. To address these issues, Lorithermal has introduced various new media connection processes through technological innovation. These include high-thermal epoxy resin bonding, brazing, and tin welding, significantly improving the reliability and stability of heat dissipation while avoiding existing risks.

Stacked fin heat sinks have the following features:

- Dense teeth and small tooth size

- Flexible shape height and width

- Suitable for different spaces

- Compact and lightweight

- Ideal for high-power device radiators
